THE CONCEPT

Your dog's name isn't simply written  or typed it's hand drawn with meticulous detail every letter reconstructed until it fits perfectly within their shape.

Every commission is personally signed, and marked 1/1 in 6B pencil, because your dog is one of a kind that can never be replicated. .

HOW IT WORKS

1. SEND YOUR PHOTOS

Two clear side-profile photo of your dog are needed. One standing and one sitting. As the artwork is based on a silhouette the positioning of your dog is very important. There is a more detailed photo tips below.

2. CHOOSE YOUR SIZE AND COLOUR

Tailor the piece to your home.
A4 and A3 sizes available. Pick from five colours to perfectly complement your interior. All artwork is printed on 240g paper for that luxury feel.

3. RECEIVE YOUR DRAFTs

When your photos are received, the bespoke lettering process will commence. Please allow 5-7 working days for your PDF drafts to be hand-crafted. Revisions can be made at this stage before a final PDF is produced in 10-14 days in total.

4. DELIVERY

Each work is encased in a crystal-clear, archival-grade cello sleeve and presented in a signature A3 Black Gloss envelope with a striking, high-shine first impression that reflects the elegance of the art within.

The Acheson Atelier: 

1. Custom Nature of Work Every Custom Dog Silhouette is a bespoke commission, hand-lettered specifically for you. Because each piece is tailored to a unique subject and name, we cannot offer returns or exchanges once the physical printing process has begun.

2. The Consultation & Approval We pride ourselves on anatomical precision. If we determine that a provided photograph is not suitable for a high-quality silhouette, we will contact you for a replacement before starting the 5–7 day crafting period.

3. Lead Times Due to the intricate nature of the hand-lettering, please allow 10-14 working days for your piece to be created and curated before dispatch. During peak gifting seasons, we will update these timelines on the Atelier homepage.

4. Delivery & Packaging Your commission is printed on 240g high grade matt paper and secured in an archival cello sleeve within our signature black gloss envelope. While we take every precaution to ensure safe transit, please notify the Atelier within 48 hours if your order arrives damaged so we can rectify it immediately.
